I installed the program and I cannot see the
entire interface. What's wrong? |

The program is best
viewed at a display setting of the screen area resolution at
"800x600" this setting will allow the entire interface to be seen,
and colors setting's should be set at "High Color(16bit) or True
Color(32bit) any color settings less than these will cause
unpredictable color changes on the interface.

I downloaded the program, but I can't find the
"tccdemo.exe" installation file on my computer. What should I do?

Do a search of your
entire computer drive or drives for filename "tccdemo.exe" from the
Windows>Start-Find menu (files or folders). Once found, double-click
the file to begin the installation program.

the demo program.
- Move from screen to screen accepting
the default installation information.
- Once completed press 'Finish'

error about the file being invalid. What happened? |

The download did not
complete, or the file was corrupted somehow during download. Delete
the partially downloaded or corrupt file from your disk, then
re-download the demo (do not attempt to rename the file).
